dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním mamologického vyšetření filmovou a digitální metodou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis anatomie mléčné žlázy, epidemiologie a etiologie karcinomu prsu. Dále se zde uvádí mapa mamografických center České republiky, ostatní diagnostické zobrazovací metody a konstrukce přístroje mamografu. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na porovnání postupu vyšetření při digitální a filmové metodě a na výsledek tohoto srovnání.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of a mammological examination which uses a film method and a mammological examination which uses adigital method. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the anatomy of the mammary gland, the epidemiology and the etiology of breast cancer. Furthermore, it includes the map of mammography centres in the Czech Republic. Other diagnostic imaging methods and the design of a mammography device are described in this part. The practical part comparesa digital method and a film method used during a mammological examination and it covers the result of the comparison.	eng
