dc.description.abstract	Cílem práce je zmapovat a analyzovat genderové stereotypy ve vztazích dvou rozlišných generací. Studentka se ve své práci zaměřuje na dvě generace, mezi kterými zjistí, kdo a jakými se řídí genderovými stereotypy. V teoretické části se studentka věnuje odborným pojmům. V praktické části studentka uskutečnila výzkum, který je založen na třech metodách - strukturované rozhovory, seznam stereotypů a časový rozpočet.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim is to map and analyze gender stereotypes in the relations of two varying generations. Student in her work focuses on two generations between which compares who and what are governed by gender stereotypes. The work is divided into two parts . In the theoretical part the student pays professional terms. In the practical part student conducted the research which is based on three methods - structured interviews a list of stereotypes and time budget.	eng
