Abstrakt
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na institut vyvlastnění. První část obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů. Druhá část se zabývá vyvlastněním nemovitostí včetně historického vývoje tohoto institutu. Třetí část se věnuje problematice vyvlastnění menšinových akcionářů a rozebírá základní problémy s tímto institutem spojené.
