dc.description.abstract	Předmětem práce je přiblížení problému genderových stereotypů a rozdílů mezi muži a ženami na pracovním trhu. Práce se věnuje socializaci a utváření genderových rolí, které mají prvotní vliv na genderové stereotypy. Na to navazuje problematika rozdělení genderových rolí v domácnosti, kdy většinu odpovědnosti za domácnost a výchovu dětí nesou ženy. Nejrozsáhlejším tématem jsou rozdíly v pracovních možnostech mužů a žen.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the written seminary work is the problem of gender stereotypes and differences between men and women on the labour market. I dedicate my attention to socialization and making the gender roles and their initial influence onto the gender stereotypes. And with this goes the issues of distribution the gender roles at home, where women mostly take care of children. As the largest theme, there are the differences in working possibilities for men and women on the labour market.	eng
