dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o rozvoji účasti občanů na veřejném dění a o využívání služeb informační společnosti v České republice. První část je zaměřena na popis informační společnosti, dále pak na stávající stav e–governmentu a projekty eParticipation. V druhé kapitole jsou zachyceny ukazatele, které se v oblasti ICT sledují a organizace, které se věnují sběru takovýchto dat. Třetí, a zároveň zásadní kapitola, je věnována popisu sběru a předzpracování dat a samotné analýze rozvoje účasti občanů na veřejném dění. V samotném závěru této práce je navržen rámec dat, který by se měl v budoucnu sledovat, tak aby bylo možné lépe zhodnotit využívání služeb informační společnosti občanů ve vztahu k veřejné správě.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the devolvement of the citizens´ participation on public events and utilization of the services by the information society in the Czech Republic. The first chapter is focused on the description of the information society, then on the current state of the services of the e–government and lastly on the eParticipation projects. In the second chapter there outlined indicators, that help us to examine the data collecting organizations in the ICT sector which gather the above described data. The third chapter is centered on the description of data collecting methods and on the analysis of the dynamics of the people’s participation on public events. In the conclusion there is developed the framework which should be the subject of a further research in order to understand and assess usage patterns of information technology services offered by the public sector to the citizens of Czech Republic.eng
