dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá charitativní a kulturní činností hraběte Františka Josefa Seilerna a jeho druhé manželky Sarolty Seilernové, rozené hraběnky Wenckheimové v letech 1883 - 1945. Tento manželský pár svou činností pozvedl obyčejný velkostatek na centrum v oblastech kulturní, hospodářské a sociální, celého kraje. Cílem práce je podat stručnou, ale ucelenou historii šlechtické rodiny a velkostatku, zjistit do jaké míry se Sielernové zasadili o rozvoj sledované oblasti, vyzdvihnout kulturní a charitativní činnost a podporu regionu Seilerny. Práce se také snaží na příkladu konkrétního velkostatku nastínit dopad národních, hospodářských a politických dějin na konkrétním velkostatku.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma work is focused on charitable and cultural activities of the earl František Josef Sailern and his second wife Sarlota Seilern, who was born as the countess Wenckheim, in the years of 1883 - 1945. The above mentioned couple enhanced a humble manor, thanks to their activities, to a cultural, agricultural and social centre in the whole locality. The main aim of this diploma work is to put forward a compendious and compact history of an aristocratic family and their manor, elicit the range in terms of development of the area and underline the cultural and charitable activities of this family in the region. This work also seeks to outline national, agricultural and political changes in history against a background of the particular manor.	eng
