dc.description.abstract	Práce seznamuje s možností léčby pacientek s gynekologickými nádory pomocí radioterapeutické metody intrakavitální brachyterapie. Popisuje základní anatomii orgánů, vývoj brachyterapie a vývoj léčby od jejich začátků až po dnešní moderní postupy léčby těchto malignit. Závěrem je uveden konkrétní případ pacientky s gynekologickým karcinomem a popsán postup provedení intrakavitální brachyterapie.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the possibility of treatment of the patients with gynecological tumors with radiotherapy method called Intracavitary brachytherapy. Basic anatomy of organs is being described as well as an evolution of the treatment method from the very beginnings until recent modern methods of treatment of these malignancies. One particular case of a patient with gynecological carcinoma is being mentioned at the end of the thesis with the procedure of the Intracavitary brachytherapy.	eng
