| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nelegálního stahování dat ze sítě Internet, zejména ze sítí typu peer to peer. První část práce se zabývá autorským zákonem ve spojitosti se sítí Internet. V druhé části je seznámení se sítěmi typu peer to peer a dalšími technologiemi, užívanými při nelegálním stahování. V třetí části práce je hodnocena legalita stahování dat ze sítí typu peer to peer a pomocí soudních kauz popsán vývoj v oblasti P2P sítí a autorského práva. Dále je navrhnuta alternativa nelegálního stahování. V závěru jsou shrnuty zjištěné skutečnosti a vyhodnoceno splnění cílů práce, které byly vytyčeny v úvodu. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The purpose of the bachelor work is the illegal downloading files from the Internet and especially from networks peer to peer. The first part of the work is dedicated to the authors act in connection with the Internet and introducing networks like peer to peer. The second part introducing networks like peer to peer and other technologies used to illegal downloading. The legality of downloading from networks like peer to peer is evaluated in the third part and the development in the field of peer to peer networks and the copyright law is described by lawsuits. Further is proposed the alternative of the illegal downloading. Finnally all results are summarized and the evaluation of the whole bachelor work‘s purposes which were outlined in the beggining took place. | eng |
