dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce přibližuje problematiku úmrtí pacienta na jednotce intenzivní péče z role pečujících všeobecných sester, působících jako opora pro pacienta a jeho blízké v závěru jeho života. Jejich psychické vyrovnávání se s touto pracovně náročnou situací a jejich vnímání umírání je zpracováno v teoretické části práce. V průzkumné části práce pomocí kvantitativní metody průzkumu dotazníkovým šetřením vyhodnocuje úroveň jejich psychické zátěže a míru jakou tato skutečnost ovlivňuje jejich pracovní a osobní život. Na základě porovnání odpovědí respondentů, kterými byly všeobecné setry pracující na jednotce intenzivní péče výsledky průzkumu ukázaly, že psychická zátěž všeobecných sester v péči o umírajícího pacienta je značná. Není psychicky nejnáročnější situací při výkonu profese všeobecné sestry, ale je jednou z těch nejvíce zatěžujících.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis approaches the issue of the death of a patient in an intensive care unit from the role of caring general nurses, acting as a support for the patient and his loved ones at the end of his life. Their psychological coping with this labor-intensive situation and their perception of dying is processed in the theoretical part of the work. In the exploratory part of the work, using the quantitative survey method, the questionnaire evaluates the level of their psychological burden and the extent to which this fact affects their work and personal life. Based on a comparison of the answers of the respondents who were general nurses working in the intensive care unit, the results of the survey showed that the psychological burden of general nurses in caring for a dying patient is considerable. It is not the most psychologically demanding situation in the profession of a general nurse, but it is one of the most burdensome.	eng
