dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této práce je poznání a porozumění vietnamské komunity. Vzhledem k vysokému počtu Vietnamců žijících u nás se jedná o aktuální téma. Se stále rostoucím trendem migrace vzniká i vyšší pravděpodobnost, že Vietnamec se stane klientem/pacientem v české nemocnici. Je proto nezbytné poznat a pochopit kulturní a náboženská specifika daného etnika a také umožnit vzájemnou komunikaci. Jen tak lze pacientovi poskytnout multikulturně vhodnou ošetřovatelskou péči, která je nezbytná k uspokojení potřeb každého jedince. V teoretické části se převážně zabývám kulturní a jazykovou stránkou vietnamského etnika a také životem Vietnamců v České republice. V praktické části pak zkoumám zkušenosti Vietnamců s hospitalizací v České republice a jejich názory na přístup zdravotníků k nim.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the subject of the understanding the Vietnamese community. The relevance of the topic is signified by the large number of Vietnamese population in the Czech Republic. With the increasing trend of migration the probability of Vietnamese patients being admitted in hospitals raises significantly. It is therefore important to understand the cultural and religious specifics of this ethnicity in order to facilitate mutual communication. Only through this understanding it is possible to offer appropriate multicultural care that is necessary for satisfying the individual needs of patients. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the cultural and language aspects of Vietnamese ethnicity and Vietnamese life in the Czech Republic. In practical part the thesis examines the experience of Vietnamese patients and their opinion regarding the care they received in hospitals in the Czech Republic.	eng
