dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na postoj zdravé populace k cervikálnímu screeningu. Práce má teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o karcinomu děložního hrdla, vyšetřovací metody a organizace screeningu děložního hrdla v České republice a ve světě. Hlavním cílem výzkumné části bylo zjistit, jaká je motivace žen ve věku po padesátém roce života k účasti na cervikálním screeningu. První dílčí cíl práce se týkal zjištění, zda ženy znají podstatu cervikálního screeningu. Druhým dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, proč ženy po padesátém roce života nechodí na cervikální screening. Práce je realizována pomocí metody zakotvené teorie, kterou vyvinuli Strauss a Glasser. Stanovené cíle byly metodou zakotvené teorie po shromáždění údajů z rozhovorů postupně analyzovány, byly otevřeně kódovány, přičemž vznikly kategorie a subkategorie. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumu a připomínky k výsledkům.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the attitude of the healthy population to the cervical screening and it consists of theoretical and research part. The theoretical part summarizes theoretical knowledge of cervical cancer, examination methods and organization of cervical screening in the Czech Republic and in the world. The main aim of the research was to find out what is the motivation of women after the age of fifty to participate in cervical screening. The first partial aim of the work was to find out whether women know the essence of cervical screening. The second partial aim was to find out why women do not take part on cervical screening after 50 years of age. The work is realized using the grounded theory method developed by Strauss and Glasser. The stated objectives were analyzed by the grounded theory method after collecting the interview data, were openly coded, and categories and subcategories were created. At the end of the thesis are presented the results of the research and comments on the results.	eng
