dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit současný stav v oblasti využívání nástrojů informačního managementu ve veřejné správě, konkrétně v Městsko – lázeňském informačním centru Lázně Bohdaneč, o.p.s. včetně návrhu možného efektivnějšího využití těchto nástrojů. Úvodní část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů, jako jsou informace, data, znalosti a možnostem jejich získání, uchování a předání dalším účastníkům informačního procesu. Popsány jsou informační a komunikační systémy, jako nástroj informačního managementu včetně uvedení příkladu jejich využívání v Evropě a ve světě. Jádro práce věnuje pozornost popisu stávající situace ve vybrané organizaci veřejné správy a závěrečná část dává návrhy na účinnější využívání prostředků informačního managementu v této organizaci.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedPurpose of this bachelor work is to evaluate the current situation in the area of exploitation instruments of information management into the public administration, be specific in the City spa information centre Lázně Bohdaněč, o.p.s., including a proposal of more effectively usage of these instruments. The opening part is aiming to explain the basic temrs as are information, data, knowledge and possibility of obtaining, storage and the handover of these to the further participants of the informative process. This described information and communication system as an instrument of infornative management including an example of theirs usage in Europe and in the world. The main part focus on the current situation in the chosen organisation of public administration and the final part proposes more efficient usage of instruments of information management in this organisation.eng
