dc.description.abstractDuring the programming period 2014-2020, the European Commission is seeking to extend its financial instruments in providing support from the European structural and investment funds. Also the Partnership Agreement between the Czech Republic and the European Commission declares the effort to use financial instruments in some operational programmes for financing viable projects. Since 2016, grant calls have been announced, yet the declared effort to distribute a significant proportion of aid with the use of financial instruments has not yet been fulfilled. The aim of the author is to evaluate the state of preparation for the use of financial instruments in those operational programmes where the use of the financial instruments has been planned since the beginning of this programming period.eng
dc.description.abstract-translatedEvropská komise usiluje v průběhu programového období 2014 – 2020 o větší rozšíření finančních nástrojů při poskytování podpory z Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů. Také v Dohodě o partnerství mezi Českou republikou a Evropskou komisí je deklarována snaha využít finanční nástroje v některých operačních programech pro financování profitabilních projektů. Od roku 2016 jsou vyhlašovány dotační výzvy, nicméně deklarovaná snaha významnou část podpory distribuovat s využitím finančních nástrojů zatím nebyla naplněna. Cílem autorky je zhodnotit stav příprav na využití finančních nástrojů v těch operačních programem, kde bylo od začátku tohoto programového období jejich využití plánováno.cze
