Implementace principů „dobrého vládnutí“ (good governance) a jejich efektivnost

Abstract

The public administration development predominantly during the last two decades is characterized by the implementation of significant reforms.Their main direction was the step-by-step transformation from the previous conception based on the great powers concentration in the state administration authorities to the contemporary decentralized conception called „ governance“ or “good governance“. The essence of this conception as well as reasons leading to the „ good governance „ conception implementation are explained in this article.
