Obsah této práce tvoří výběr z teoretických poznatků v uvedené oblasti a analýza a deskripce brazilského hydroelektrického sektoru, shrnutí výsledů těchto analýz společně s konkrétními doporučeními a návrhy jsou uvedeny v závěru.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis provides an overview of the main issues and challenges related to the private financing of hydropower projects in Brazil. The main aim of the thesis is the analysis of Brazilian hydroelectricity secor with focus on private financing possibilities of small hydro power plants. The topic was chosen from the country which is quite active in promoting private hydro development. Hydropower faces many difficulties. The thesis describes the difficulties and suggest some partial solutions. The mission of the thesis is encourage private investors to consider some potential investment in this area. Give them necessary basic information and data to start constructing and managing a hydro power plant including latest Brazilian legal framework. The description and analysis also covers a range of market characteristics, regulatory and concession environments and financial structures.eng
