| dc.description.abstract | Byla připravena skla systému (100-x)As2S3.xSb4S4. Získané vzorky byly charakterizovány teplotou skelného přechodu a změnou izobarické tepelné kapacity při skelném přechodu a to metodami DSC a StepScan DSC. Byla určena kompoziční závislost teploty skelného přechodu, změny izobarické tepelné kapacity, aktivační energie skelného přechodu a indexu fragility. Struktura připravených skel a jejich zakrystalovaných vzorků byla studována pomocí Ramanovy spektroskopie. Výsledky byly potvrzeny rentgenovou strukturní analýzou. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Glasses of system (100-x)As2S3.xSb4S4 were prepared. Obtained samples by temperature of glass transition and izobaric capacity change in the glass transition were characterized by methods DSC a and StepScan DSC. Compositional dependence of temperature of glass transition, izabaric capacity change, activation energy of glass transition and fragility index was found uot. Structure of prepared glasses and their crystallic samples was studied by Raman spectroscopy. Results by XRD analysis were confirmed. | cze |
