The comparison of the tourist industry potential in selected tourist areas in the Pardubice region territory

Abstract

Tourism is one of the most important branches of the world and the national economy having a big importance within the economic, the cultural and the social domain. The development of tourism in individual countries, tourist regions and areas is determined by its strong potential. The aim of this article is to present the results of a complex analysis which focused on comparing tourism in selected tourist areas within the Pardubice Region. The analysed factors which influence the level of the tourism potential are selective, location and implementing preconditions of tourism.
