| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývala přípravou a charakterizací chalkogenidových skel a jejích tenkých vrstev. Metody přípravy a charakterizací daných skel a tenkých vrstev jsou zde diskutovány v teoretické části. Bylo syntetizováno chalkogenidové sklo o složení As35S59Se6 a z tohoto skla byly vakuovým napařováním připraveny tenké vrstvy o tloušťce 1,3 μm. Některé z těchto vrstev byly exponovány nebo temperovány a byly stanovovány jejích optické vlastnosti. Byla změřena optická propustnost a reflektivita různě zpracovaných vrstev a Swanepoelovou metodou byly určeny tloušťky vrstev a spektrální závislosti jejich indexu lomu. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor works deals whit preparation and characterization of chalcogenide glasses and their thin layers. The methods of the preparation and characterization of chalcogenide glasses and their thin layers are given in the theory part. Chalcogenide glass with composition As35S59Se6 was synthesized and thin layers with thickness about 1,3 μm were prepared by vacuum evaporation method from synthesized bulk glass. Some of these layers were exposed and/or annealed and their optical properties were tested. Transmittance and reflectivity of layers were measured and spectral dependence of refractive index and thickness of layers were determined using Swanepoel method. | eng |
