V první kapitole je analýza historického vývoje strategického managementu a posouzení teoretických přístupů v České republice. Druhá kapitola se zabývá definicemi pojmu strategie. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena definice strategického managementu a charakteristiku modelů pro strategický management. Čtvrtou částí je závěr, který obsahuje shrnutí a komparaci zjištěného.cze

There is the analysis of the history of the strategic management and the appreciation theoretically approaches in the Czech Republic in first chapter. Second chapter is concerned with the definitions of the strategy. Third chapter is oriented on the definitions of the strategic management and on the characteristic of the models for the strategic management.
