Etika jako nezbytná součást profesní identity inspektora kvality sociálních služeb

Abstract

Quality inspection of social services is a significant element in the social politics of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs within the Czech Republic of social services. Inspection is a professional activity, whose core is verification of broad importance, including the introduction of provider’s experience into the context of social integration politics. Considering the significant authority and responsibility of the inspectors, special emphasis should be put on the professional qualifications of those who will carry out the inspections – the inspectors of social services quality. Part of the inspectors’ professional education and not only the primary one should be the field of professional ethics since the inspectors come across ethically contentious situations within their profession and so they must solve these ethical code dilemmas.
