Management destinací cestovního ruchu

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabývala problematikou managementu destinací cestovního ruchu v teoretické i praktické rovině. Nejprve jsem vymezila základní pojmy z oblasti cestovního ruchu a jeho řízení, popsala jsem význam cestovního ruchu v regionálním rozvoji a měření jeho dopadů. Poté jsem analyzovala systémy řízení cestovního ruchu v České republice a v Rakousku, srovnala jsem relevantní vstupní předpoklady obou zemí a navrhla doporučení pro zkvalitnění řízení v turistickém regionu Východní Čechy.In my thesis I have been concerned with the theoretical and practical aspects of tourism destination management. First, I have defined fundamental terms related to the tourism and tourism management. Then I have described the importance of tourism in regional development and the methods of measuring the impacts of tourism. After that, I have analyzed the systems of tourism destination management in Czech Republic and Austria. I have compared the entry conditions of both states. Finally I have drawn up recommendation for improving the quality of tourism management in tourist region of Východní Čechy (Eastern Bohemia).
