dc.description.abstract	Práce uceleně popisuje problematiku zhoubných nádorů hltanu. V teoretické části seznamuje s anatomií a funkcí hltanu, etiologií a patogenezí, histologií, klinickými příznaky, diagnostikou a léčbou tumorů. Podrobněji popisuje problematiku dispenzarizace nemocných a roli sestry. Ve výzkumné části jsou hodnocena data o pacientech dispenzarizovaných na Klinice otorinolaryngologie a chirurgie hlavy a krku Pardubické krajské nemocnice, a.s. pro zhoubný nádor hltanu. Data byla získána retrospektivní studií.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis comprehensively describes the problem pharynx cancers. The theoretical part introduces the anatomy and function of the pharynx, etiology and pathogenesis, histology, clinical signs, diagnosing and treatment of tumors. Paper describes in detail dispensary care of patients and the role of a nurse. The research part is evaluated data about patients in dispensary care on Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery in the Regional Hospital Pardubice. Data were obtained by retrospective study.	eng
