dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá business angels, jejich základním vymezením, popisem a komparací jejich působení v rámci celého světa se zaměřením na Českou republiku. V první části jsou popsány jednotlivé formy financování společností prostřednictvím vlastního a cizího kapitálu a alternativních zdrojů. Poté je vymezen pojem business angels, typologie jednotlivých business angels a investiční proces. Druhá část práce se zabývá zejména komparací působení business angels v rámci USA, Evropy, Austrálie, Asie, Afriky a Latinské Ameriky. Následuje analýza působení business angels v České republice, kde je podstatnou součástí SWOT analýza. Na ní navazuje vymezení důvodů nízkého podílu České republiky na business angel investicích, návrh doporučení a výhled do budoucna s ohledem na současnou ekonomickou krizi.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThesis deals with business angels, determination of this term, description and comparison of their activity within the whole world with a view to the Czech Republic. First part describes financial resources as is shareholder's capital (equity), foreign capital and alternative financial resources. Afterwards, there is defined the term business angel, typology of business angels and investment process. Another part deals with comparison of business angels from USA, Europe, Australia, Asia, Africa and Latin America. With that follows analysis of business angels activity in the Czech Republic, there is important part as SWOT analysis. Last comes determination of reasons of low share of the Czech Republic in business angel investments, concept of recommendations and possible development in future in consideration of the actual economic crisis.eng
