Abstrakt
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku krizového řízení a tvorbu příslušných plánů pro správní obvod obce s rozšířenou působností. Teoretická část je věnována základům krizového řízení, krizového plánování a tvorbu příslušných krizových plánů. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu Havarijního plánu správního obvodu obce Kutná Hora.
The bachelor work dissertation examines issues of crisis management and the creation of appropriate plans for administrative area of municipality with extended coverage. The teoretical part examines the basis of crisis management and includes the explanation of basic terms, of the issue of the crisis management and the liability of the relevant bodies. The practical section includes an analysis of the Crisis Management Plan of the administrative district of Kutna Hora.
