Abstract

Práce se zabývá současným stavem www stránek municipalit a jejich hodnocením. Úvodní kapitoly popisují povinnosti, které obcím stanoví zákon, a doporučení, podle kterých je možné vytvářet bezbariérové www stránky. Jsou popsány vybrané zákony a standardy zahrnující danou problematiku. Dále práce zmiňuje některé soutěže a projekty hodnotící podobu a obsah stránek. Cílem práce je vytvořit návrh postupu na hodnocení internetových prezentací. Jsou stanovena kritéria hodnocení, postup bodování a složení poroty. Součástí je také porovnání navrženého postupu se soutěží Zlatý erb na stránkách několika konkrétních obcí.

The thesis is engaged in the present form of www pages, municipalities and their classification. The opening chapters describe duties of cities established by law and references according to which is possible to create blind-friendly web pages. Selected rules and norms including this problems are described in the thesis as well. In the following chapters of the thesis there are mentioned some competitions and rating form-content page projects. The aim of the thesis is to makes the concept of classification of www pages. The criteria of the classification, the process of the scoring and the structure of the jury are set down. The thesis also includes a comparison of this concept with Golden Crest, the competition on web pages of some concrete cities.
