dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a studiem fyzikálně-chemických vlastností tenkých vrstev chalkogenidových skel systému Ge20Sb10S70-xSex, kde x = 0, 10, 20, 30 a 40. Tenké vrstvy byly připraveny z objemových vzorků skel metodou vakuového napařování. Byly studovány optické vlastnosti a struktura objemových skel a tenkých vrstev a jejich změny vyvolané expozicí tenkých vrstev polychromatickým zářením halogenové lampy a jejich temperací pod teplotu skelného přechodu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with preparation and study of physico-chemical properties of chalcogenide glasses and thin amorphous films of Ge 20Sb10S70-xSex system, where x = 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40). Thin layers were prepared by thermal evaporation. Optical properties and structure of bulk glasses and thin films were studied and their changes induced by exposure of thin films with polychromatic light of halogen lamp and by annealing under the temperature of glass transition were discussed.	eng
