dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou života pacientů po funkční endoskopické operaci (dále FESS). V teoretické části je kapitola anatomie a fyziologie nosu a vedlejších nosních dutin. Podrobněji je uvedena kvalita života, její historie a způsoby hodnocení. Dále je v teoretické části popsaná funkční endoskopická operace nosu a vedlejších nosních dutin, včetně jejích indikací, výhod, kontraindikací, typů výkonu a komplikací. Součástí teorie je kapitola popisující role perioperační sestry při poskytování péče o pacienty. Výzkumná část byla provedena kvantitativním výzkumem, kterého se zúčastnilo 51 respondentů. Cílem bylo zjistit jaká je kvalitu života pacientů před a po operaci FESS. Respondenti vyplňovali standardizovaný dotazník SNOT-22 před operací a tři měsíce po operaci FESS. 2.-3. den po operaci respondenti vyplňovali dotazník vlastní konstrukce - dotazník subjektivních obtíží, který se zaměřoval na pooperační obtíže, které pacienti vnímají v prvních pooperačních dnech. Bylo zjištěno, že rozdíl mezi kvalitou života před a po operaci je statisticky významný. Tři měsíce po operaci byla výrazně vyšší kvalita života pacientů než před operací.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the quality of life of patients after functional endoscopic surgery (FESS). In the theoretical part there is a chapter on anatomy and physiology of the nose and sinuses. Quality of life, its history and methods of assessment are presented in detail. The theoretical part also describes functional endoscopic surgery of the nose and sinuses, including its indications, advantages, contraindications, types of surgery and complications. The theory includes a chapter describing the role of the perioperative nurse in providing patient care. The research part was conducted through a quantitative survey in which 51 respondents participated. The aim was to determine the quality of life of patients before and after FESS surgery. Respondents completed a standardized SNOT-22 questionnaire before and three months after FESS surgery. On days 2-3 after surgery, respondents completed a self-constructed questionnaire, the Subjective Difficulties Questionnaire, which focused on the postoperative difficulties perceived by patients in the first postoperative days. The difference between the quality of life before and after surgery was found to be statistically significant. Three months after surgery, patients' quality of life was significantly higher than before surgery.	eng
