dc.description.abstract	Práce s názvem "Změny tlaku v obturační manžetě intubační/tracheostomické kanyly s ohledem na polohování pacienta" je koncipována do části teoretické a praktické. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se v průběhu času mění tlak v obturační manžetě intubační/tracheostomické kanyly s ohledem na polohování pacienta (změna polohy hlavy nebo celého těla). V rámci výzkumu byl sledován vývoj tlaku v obturační manžetě intubační/tracheostomické kanyly a vliv změn polohy (celého těla, ale i pouze hlavy) pacienta na tento tlak. Vše bylo zaznamenáno do předem připraveného formuláře a data byla následně analyzována a zpracována do tabulek a grafů. Výsledkem práce bylo zjištění, že tlak v obturační manžetě se mění, nehledě na to, zda je pacient polohován či nikoliv. I když u pacienta k polohování nedocházelo, byly zaznamenány změny tlaku v těsnící manžetě. Během pozorování proběhly další události, které mohou ovlivnit tlak v obturační manžetě, ať už to byla přítomnost vedlejší fenoménů spojených se zajištěnými dýchacími cestami, nebo lékařské či ošetřovatelské postupy.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the issue regarding the relationship of positioning and it's influence on the pressure in the cuff and it's named "Change of pressure in the cuff of the intubation/tracheostomy cannulas with regard to the positioning of the patient". The work is conceived in the theoretical part and the practical. The aim of this work is to determine how is change the pressure in the cuff of the intubation/tracheostomy cannulas with regard to the positioning of the patient (change of position of the head or the whole body) over time. In the framework of the research was monitored the development of pressure in the cuff of the intubation/tracheostomy cannula, and the impact of changes in position (of the whole body, but only the head) of the patient on this pressure. Everything was recorded into a pre-prepared form and the data was subsequently analysed and processed into tables and graphs. The result of the work was the discovery that the pressure in the cuff is changing, no matter if we change the position or not. Although the patient was not positioning there were recorded changes of pressure in the cuff. During the observation there were other events that can affect the pressure in the cuff, for example presence of secondary phenomena associated with secured airways or medical, nursing procedures.	eng
