Posilnenie finančnej autonómie obcí a miest v SR

Abstract

This article is discussing about the final form of the new territorial-administrative system in Slovakia and their financing. The first reason was the need to summarize the scope of new competencies of territorial self-government and match it with adequate amount of public finances. The second reason was necessary to wait for the new tax structure that would already be accordant with EU accession requirements as well as for decision on major source of Slovak self-government funding.
