dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá změnou dopravní obslužnosti na vybraném území okresu Plzeň-sever. Jednotlivé části analýzy se zaměřují na dopravní problémy a problematické oblasti v regionu Plzeň-sever a na analýzu provozu na dotčené infrastruktuře. V návrhové části práce jsou na základě předchozí analýzy navrženy změny, které přispějí ke zlepšení dopravní obslužnosti, zejména v problémových oblastech. V poslední části práce jsou návrhová opatření zhodnocena.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the changes of the transport services in the selected district of Plzeň-North. The individual parts of the analysis focus on the transport problems and problematic areas in the district of Plzeň-North and on the analysis of traffic on the affected infrastructure. In the next chapter of the thesis are suggested the changes which contribute to the improvement of the transport services, mainly in the trouble areas. In the last part of the thesis, there is the evaluation of the suggested changes.	eng
