dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje péči porodní asistentky o ženu se syndromem závislosti. V teoretické části je rozepsána péče porodní asistentky, prenatální péče a samotný porod závislých žen. Vysvětluje, co je to syndrom závislosti a jaké jsou jeho příznaky a příčiny. Rozebírá jednotlivé skupiny návykových látek a jejich důsledky. Věnuje se důsledkům způsobeným užíváním návykových látek na novorozencích. Porovnává péči o ženu s fyziologickou graviditou a péči o ženu drogově závislou. Průzkumná část se zaměřuje na hlavní cíl práce, kterým je popsat současnou praxi porodních asistentek při práci s těhotnými ženami užívající návykové látky. Tato část je prezentována pomocí výsledků kvantitativního šetření.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the care of a midwife for a woman with addiction syndrome. The theoretical part describes the care of midwives, prenatal care, and the birth of dependent women. It explains what addiction syndrome is and what its symptoms and causes are. It analyzes individual groups of addictive substances and their consequences. It deals with the consequences caused by the use of addictive substances on newborns. It compares the care of a woman with a physiological pregnancy and the care of a woman addicted to drugs. The exploratory part focuses on the main goal of the work, is to describe the current practice of midwives in working with pregnant women using addictive substances. This part is presented of the results from the quantitative survey.	eng
