dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením hlasových obtíží pacientů s benigními onemocněními hrtanu. Jedná se o práci teoreticko-výzkumnou. V teoretické části je stručně uvedena anatomie a fyziologie hrtanu, přehled benigních onemocnění hrtanu (etiologie, rizikové faktory, symptomy, diagnostika a léčba, a dále kapitola o tvorbě hlasu a jeho poruchách. Část práce je zaměřena na kvalitu života pacientů s benigními onemocněními hrtanu, péči o pacienty před léčbou a po léčbě, ale i v rámci dispenzarizace ve foniatrické poradně. Jedna z kapitol je věnována standardizovanému dotazníku Voice Handicap Index (VHI), a to jeho vzniku a významu pro sběr dat. V praktické části jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky, které byly následně statisticky testovány. Ve výzkumné části práce jsou dále zpracovány údaje získané od dispenzarizovaných pacientů pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Ke sběru dat byl použit standardizovaný dotazník VHI, jenž byl zaměřen na subjektivní vnímání hlasových obtíží pacientem a dotazník identifikačních údajů vlastní tvorby.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with the evaluation of voice problems of the patients with benign disease of the larynx. The theisi is divided between two parts, theoretical part and practical part. It is theoretical-research thesis. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the larynx, benign disease of the larynx and their etiology, risk factors, symptoms, diagnostics and treatment, about the creation of voice and its disorders. One of the chapter of thesis is devoted to VHI (Voice Handicap Index) questionnaire, its creation and importance for data collecting. The bigger part of thesis is focused on quality of life of patients with benign disease of larynx, the care of patients before and after treatment and also their dispensarisation in phoniatric ambulance. In the practical part will be defined research questions, which will be tested appropriate statistical method. There are statistically precessed information gained from dispensarised patinets with use of questionnaires. We used standardized questionnaire VHI (Voice handicap Index)for data collecting, which was focused on subjective perception of voice problems by the patients and identification data questionnaire own creation.	eng
