dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce jsou alternativní tresty. Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout komplexní přehled o problematice vývoje a stavu využívání alternativních trestů v ČR. Za účelem naplnění stanoveného cíle je text rozdělen na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Celkem je text členěn na pět kapitol, z nichž první tři tvoří teoretickou část. První kapitola je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů s problematikou spojených a formulaci teoretických východisek, druhá se pak zaměřuje na Probační a mediační službu České republiky, zmiňuje i její historii, vývoj, charakteristiku činnosti stejně jako legislativní ukotvení. Třetí kapitola je pak věnována přímo jednotlivým alternativním trestům. Následuje pak praktická část práce, která je tvořena metodikou, kterou obsahuje čtvrtá kapitola a stěžejní je pak pátá kapitola, ve které jsou představeny výsledky vlastního výzkumu, který sestává z pohledu pracovníků Probační a mediační služby v Pardubicích a z pohledu odsouzených k alternativním trestům.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the thesis are alternative punishments. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the issue of the development and status of the use of alternative sentences in the Czech Republic. In order to fulfill the set goal, the text is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The text is divided into five chapters, the first three forms the theoretical part. The first chapter focuses on the definition of basic concepts related to the issues and the formulation of theoretical bases, the second focuses on the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic, and mentions its history, development, activity characteristics as well as legislative anchoring. The third chapter is devoted directly to individual alternative punishments. The practical part is followint. It consists of the methodology contained in the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, which presents the results of their own research, which consists of the perspective of the Probation and Mediation Service in Pardubice and from perspective of convicts.	eng
