dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá dopravní nehodovostí. V první části je teoreticky objasněna nehoda, její klasifikace a následky. V další části je popsán vývoj právní úpravy vztahující se k provozu na pozemních komunikacích s popsáním návrhů zájmových skupin na změny. Třetí kapitola zpracovává analýzu dopravní nehodovosti a příčin jejich zavinění. Poté posuzuji chování účastníků silničního provozu z hlediska očekávaného a skutečného stavu. Závěrečná kapitola pak obsahuje syntézu získaných údajů a návrh konkrétních opatření.cze
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma paper is focused on a traffic accident frequency. In the first part the term of an accident is theoretically explained involving its classification and results. In the second part an advancement of legislative measures linking to a traffic on land communications is described with the proposals of changes given by the lobbing groups. The third part contains the analysis of the traffic accident frequency and the causes of their blames. Then I judge the behaviour of the participants of the traffic operations in question of the real and the expected level. The last part contains the synthesis of the gained data and the proposal of the final measures.eng
