dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou prostituce žen a možnostmi jejího řešení. Cílem je komplexně postihnout tuto problematiku. Práce blíže definuje pojem prostituce, zabývá se historií, širšími aspekty prostituce, riziky která jsou s prostitucí spojená a sociální prací v oblasti prostituce. Pozornost je věnována také právním aspektům prostituce, především se zaměřuje na legislativní rámec v České republice a současnou diskuzi o návrzích změn. Druhá část práce zjišťuje na základě kvalitativního výzkumu, jak ženy poskytující sexuální služby za úplatu interpretují svoji sociální realitu.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The master thesis deals with the aspects of women's prostitution and with possible solutions of the problems involved. The goal of this thesis is to cover the whole complexity of this issue. The author defines the prostitution concept, follows the history of this topic and its context, exposes the related hazards and discusses the social work in this area. The thesis introduces into the legal aspects of the prostitution, especially into the Czech legal framework and the ongoing discussion about the proposed amendments. In the second part the author has done a qualitative research study on the prostitutes to find out their social reality interpretation.	eng
