dc.description.abstract	V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám rolí radiologického asistenta při prevenci a léčbě akutní toxicity radioterapie u karcinomu prsu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na epidemiologii karcinomu prsu, prevenci, léčbu a vedlejší účinky ozařování. U vedlejších účinků se zaměřuji hlavně na nežádoucí účinky akutní. V praktické části popisuji léčbu nádorového onemocnění vybrané pacientky s karcinomem prsu, u které je popisována celá její léčba se zaměřením na akutní vedlejší účinky objevující se v průběhu léčby a postoj radiologického asistenta k pacientce.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on the role of radiologist assistant in prevention and treatment of acute toxicity of breast cancer radiotherapy. The work consists of two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the epidemiology of breast cancer, prevention, treatment and side effects of radiation therapy, mainly the acute toxicity. The practical part describes the treatment of a particular breast carcinoma patient. The course of the treatment focused on the acute side effects appearing during the therapy and the attitude of the radiologist assistant to the patient are described.	eng
