The statistical acceptance of the steel bridge structure members

Abstract

The paper presents a new statistical approach to the acceptance of steel bridge structure members based on their rehability. Two exaples are shown to demonstrate this methods for the acceptance of compression members. The described methods anables to determine the failure probability of the set of members with higher accuracy.
