dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá spoluprací Zdravotnické záchranné služby vybraného kraje a její spoluprací s ostatními složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému ve stejném kraji. V teoretické části práce je definován Integrovaný záchranný systém, popsány jeho složky a jejich každodenní činnost a vymezení práce daných složek při společných zásazích s ostatními složkami. Průzkumná část bakalářské práce se zabývá analýzou spolupráce zdravotnické záchranné služby s ostatními složkami integrovaného záchranného systému při společných zásazích. Hlavním cílem je zmapovat míru spokojenosti zdravotnických záchranářů se vzájemnou spoluprací, identifikovat nejčastější typy společných zásahů. Součástí průzkumu je rovněž zjištění názorů respondentů na přínos společných taktických cvičení a získání návrhů na možné zlepšení spolupráce mezi jednotlivými složkami IZS.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of the Medical Rescue Service of a selected region and its cooperation with other components of the Integrated Rescue System in the selected region. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the Integrated Rescue System, describes its components and their daily activities and defines the work of the given components during joint interventions with other components. The research part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the cooperation of the medical rescue service with other components of the integrated rescue system during joint interventions. The main objective is to map the level of satisfaction of medical rescue workers with mutual cooperation, to identify the most common types of joint interventions. The survey also includes finding out the respondents' opinions on the benefits of joint tactical exercises and obtaining suggestions for possible improvement of cooperation between individual components of the Integrated Rescue System.	eng
