dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na možnosti prevence atelektáz po operaci plic. Teoretická část je soustředěna především na anatomii a fyziologii plic a definuje pojem atelektázy. Dále se zabývá diagnostikou, terapií a prevencí atelektázy, a též možnostmi péče před a po operaci plic, zahrnuje vývoj péče a změny, které pomohly před vznikem atelektázy, a také se zabývá jednotlivými typy operací. Druhá část mé diplomové práce se věnuje samotným kvantitativním šetřením. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit možnosti prevence atelektáz po operaci plic, a to jak poskytovanou péči před a po operaci vnímají pacienti v nemocnicích, ve kterých probíhalo výzkumné šetření. K tomuto výzkumu byly použity anonymní dotazníky, na jejichž základě proběhla analýza výsledků, jež nám charakterizovala možnosti prevence před a po operaci plic.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the possibilities of preventing atelectasis after lung surgery. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the anatomy and physiology of the lungs and defines the concept of atelectasis. It also deals with the diagnosis, therapy and prevention of atelectasis, as well as care options before and after lung surgery, includes the development of care and changes that helped before the onset of atelectasis, and also deals with individual types of surgery. The second part of my thesis deals with quantitative investigation itself. The aim of this work was to find out the possibilities of preventing atelectasis after lung surgery, both the care provided before and after surgery is perceived by patients in hospitals in which the research was conducted. For this research, anonymous questionnaires were used, on the basis of which an analysis of the results was carried out, which characterized the possibilities of prevention before and after lung surgery.	eng
