Abstract

The article deals with terminological questions in the field of public administration. The historical concept "administration" is explained in the first half of article. The complex analysis of the term "municipality" including the de lege lata explanation is made in its second part. The relationship among legal terminology and legal principles is underlined in the end of the mantined article.
