dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se v teoretické části bude zabývat pojmem firemní kultura a vysvětlí, jaké prostředky a nástroje firemní kultura má. Praktická část se bude zaobírat firemní kulturou ve firmě Schenker spol. s r.o. a teoretické poznatky budou aplikovány do praxe. Dotazníkové šetření udá skutečnou podobu firemní kultury ve společnosti. Z výsledku dotazníků bude navrženo řešení, jakým způsobem je možné nedostatky ve firemní kultuře řešit.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the concept of organizational culture in its theoretical part and it explains what instruments has the organizational culture. Theoretical findings are implemented into the company Schenker spol. s r.o. in the practical part of the thesis. Questionnaire will show the real image of the organizational culture in the company. The results of the questionnaire will be the base for suggestion of solution, how to solve the deficits in the organizational culture.	eng
