dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je věnovaná problematice místní Agendy 21 a role veřejnosti v plánovacích procesech. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení pojmů jako je udržitelný rozvoj a místní Agenda 21, jejich historii a postavení v České republice. Následně je charakterizována role veřejnosti v plánovacích procesech dle místní Agendy 21 a popis jednotlivých možností technik se zapojením občanů. Dále navazuje praktická část, kdy na příkladu čtyř municipalit je charakterizována participace veřejnosti a popis jednotlivých akcí, které municipalita realizuje se zapojením veřejnosti. Závěrečná komparace porovnává zapojování veřejnosti v jednotlivých obcích dle kategorií a kritérií Oficiální evidence místních Agend 21.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on problematic of Local Agenda 21 and the role of citizens in planning process. Thesis contains theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes the sustainable development and Local Agenda 21, their history and their role in the Czech Republic. After it the thesis contains the characteristic of the role of citizens in planning process by Local Agenda 21 and the description of individual possibilities and techniques of participation of the citizens. Thesis continues in practical part where the author characterizes participation of citizens on four municipalities which he selected. There is the description of the actions with participation of public realized by the municipalities. Final comparison compares participation of citizens in these four municipalities by the categories and the criteria coming out of Official evidence of Local Agenda 21 in the Czech Republic.	eng
