dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskými potřebami pacientů v paliativní péči, zejména těch s onkologickým onemocněním. Teoretická část se věnuje principům paliativní péče, jejím formám, etickým aspektům a významu komunikace s pacientem i rodinou. Praktická část analyzuje pět kazuistik pacientů v péči mobilního hospice a identifikuje jejich nejčastější ošetřovatelské problémy pomocí klasifikace NANDA-I. Cílem práce je poukázat na důležitost individualizovaného přístupu a komplexní podpory pacienta v závěrečné fázi života.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the nursing needs of patients receiving palliative care, particularly those with oncological diseases. The theoretical part describes the principles and forms of palliative care, including ethical aspects and the importance of communication with patients and their families. The practical part analyses five case studies of patients under the care of a mobile hospice and identifies their most common nursing problems using the NANDA-I classification. The aim of the thesis is to emphasize the importance of individualized care and comprehensive support in the final phase of life.	eng
