dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu BMI na perioperační péči u pacientů s karcinomem rekta. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje anatomii tlustého střeva a rekta, diagnostiku, prevenci a léčbu onemocnění. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány aspekty perioperační péče a specifika práce perioperační sestry. Cílem výzkumné části práce je analýza dat, která byla získána pomocí metody retrospektivního šetření zdravotnické dokumentace. Ze zdravotnické dokumentace byla získána data předoperační, perioperační a pooperační u pacientů, kteří podstoupili laparoskopickou resekci rekta pro karcinom za posledních 5 let.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the influence of BMI on perioperative care in patients with rectal cancer. The theoretical part of the work characterizes the anatomy of the large intestine and rectum, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the disease. Furthermore, aspects of perioperative care and the specifics of the work of a perioperative nurse are described. The goal of the research part of the thesis is the analysis of data that was obtained using the method of retrospective investigation of medical documentation. Preoperative, perioperative, and postoperative data for patients who underwent laparoscopic rectal resection for cancer in the last 5 years were obtained from medical records.	eng
