dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá pooperační bolestí u klasické a laparoskopické operace kýly. Teoretická část práce se věnuje patofyziologii bolesti a vlivu pooperační bolesti na organismus. Dále se věnuje dělení a léčbě bolesti. Následně je zde zpracovaná problematika kýl a problematika tříselné kýly s metodami operace kýl. Nakonec je zde popsaná kapitola úlohy nelékařského zdravotnického personálu v péči o pacienta s bolestí. Výzkumná část práce statisticky sleduje a graficky znázorňuje pooperační bolest u jednotlivých metod operací a spotřebu analgetik.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with postoperative pain in classical and laparoscopic hernia surgery. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the pathophysiology of pain and the impact of postoperative pain on the organism. It also addresses the classification and treatment of pain. Subsequently, the issues of hernias and inguinal hernias are discussed, along with methods of hernia surgery. Finally, there is a chapter describing the role of non-medical healthcare personnel in the care of patients with pain. The research part of the thesis statistically monitors and graphically illustrates postoperative pain with individual surgical methods and analgesic consumption.	eng
