dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Informovanost o možnostech zdravotně sociální péče klientů s celiakií u dospělých osob. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky nemoci, historie, diagnostika, formy, rizika, přidružené choroby a léčba. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány zdravotní a sociální stránce. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na informovanost dospělých klientů s celiakií. Výzkum byl proveden v Klubu zdraví na Vysočině. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsem zjišťovala, jaká je informovanost klientů s celiakií o zdravotní a sociální péči při této nemoci.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the awareness of the potential health and social care clients with celiac disease in adults. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes basic knowledge of the disease, history, diagnostics, forms, risks associated with the disease and treatment. Other chapters are devoted to health and social site. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the awareness of adult clients with celiac disease. The research was conducted the Health Club in the Highlands. Use the questionnaire to find out about the celiac awareness of health and social care in this disease.	eng
