dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá případovou studií organizace SKP-CENTRUM, o.p.s. Cílem práce je popsat činnost organizace, její organizační strukturu, způsob financování, cíle a poslání, její vznik a historii prostřednictvím hloubkové analýzy dokumentů a kvalitativního výzkumu. Ve své praktické části se více zaměřuji na konkrétní službu Nízkoprahové zařízení pro děti a mládež Free klub - cílovou skupinu, poslání, vznik a historii, standardy kvality sociální služby. Výsledky práce přinášejí hlubší vhled do historických sovislotí a fungování organizace. Podrobně popisují a poskytují tak možnost hlubšímu porozumění fungování Nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež Free klub. Nabízejí příležitost pro další výzkumy a inspiraci pro vznik podobných neziskových organizací, nebo jejich rozvoj.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on a case study of the organization SKP-CENTRUM, o.p.s. The aim of the thesis is to describe the organization's activities, organizational structure, funding methods, goals and mission, as well as its establishment and history through an in-depth analysis of documents and qualitative research. In the practical part, I focus more specifically on the Low-Threshold Facility for Children and Youth Free klubits target group, mission, establishment and history, and the quality standards of social services. The results of the thesis provide a deeper insight into the historical context and functioning of the organization. They offer a detailed description and thus enable a better understanding of the operation of the Low-Threshold Facility for Children and Youth Free klub. Additionally, they provide opportunities for further research and inspiration for the establishment or development of similar non-profit organizations.	eng
