dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací klientů služeb pro lidi bez domova ke změně. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké jsou motivy lidí bez domova ke změně životní situace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou část a empirickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku a teorii motivace, úroveň potřeb, jak s motivací pracovat a motivací lidí bez domova. Popsána je definice a typologie bezdomovectví, dále příčiny a důsledky bezdomovectví, bariéry k návratu do společnosti a tím, kdo jsou lidé bez domova. V poslední kapitole teoretické časti je popsána sociální pomoc pro lidi bez domova, a to sociální práce, sociální služby, sociální dávky a resocializace s reintegrací. Empirická část je zaměřena na hlavní cíl a dílčí cíle. Dílčí cíle byly zjišťovány pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s klienty služeb pro lidi bez domova a pracovníky služeb pro lidi bez domova. V první části empirického výzkumu je popsána výzkumná strategie, zdůvodnění výzkumného souboru, průběh výzkumného šetření, způsob zpracování údajů, reflexe etických rizik. V druhé části se nachází popis a interpretace dosažených výsledků.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the motivation of clients of homeless services to change. The main aim of the thesis is to find out what are the motives of homeless people to change their living situation. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics and theory of motivation, the level of needs, how to work with motivation and the motivation of homeless people. The definition and typology of homelessness is described, as well as the causes and consequences of homelessness, barriers to reentry and who homeless people are. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes social assistance for homeless people, namely social work, social services, social benefits and resocialization with reintegration. The empirical part focuses on the main objective and sub-objectives. The sub-objectives were identified through qualitative research using a semi-structured interview method with clients of homelessness services and staff of homelessness services. The first part of the empirical research describes the research strategy, the rationale for the research population, the research process, the data processing method, and a reflection on ethical risks. The second part provides a description and interpretation of the results.	eng
