Abstract

The paper deals with the introduction of the research idea. The main part is focused on the Czech labour market and the questions of its preparation for the globalization effects on the supply side. The globalization phenomen brings changes, opportunities as well as threats. Questions are: is the Czech labour market prepared for the changes; is the Czech labour market prepared to turn the threats into opportunities; is the Czech labour market armoured?
