dc.description.abstract	V této práci je provedena identifikace příčin vyššího výskytu močových infekcí u klientů domova seniorů. Během screeningu jsou mapovány různé možné důvody jako např. používání různých druhů hygienických mýdel, nedostatečný pitný režim, četnost a postup výměny permanentních močových katetrů a sběrných sáčků a změna technologie praní ložního prádla. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje kapitoly, které popisují infekce močových cest, jejich druhy a způsoby léčby. Tuto část doplňuje anatomie močového ústrojí a popis národního ošetřovatelského standardu katetrizace močového měchýře. Praktická část práce s prvky kvalitativního designu obsahuje sběr dat kombinací několika metod, retrospektivní zkoumání zdravotnické dokumentace s následným vytvořením záznamové karty, zúčastněné pozorování a prospektivní šetření. Závěr práce obsahuje doporučení do praxe pro snížení výskytu močových infekcí.	cze
dc.description.abstract-translated	In this work, the causes of the higher occurrence of urinary infections among clients of a nursing home are identified. During the screening, various possible reasons are mapped, such as the use of different types of hygienic soaps, an insufficient drinking regime, the frequency and procedure of changing permanent urinary catheters and collection bags and changing the technology of washing bed linen. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis contains chapters that describe urinary tract infections, their types and methods of treatment. This section is completed by the anatomy of the urinary system and a description of the national nursing standard for bladder catheterization. The practical part of the work with elements of valitative design includes data collection by combining several methods, retrospective examination of medical documentation followed by the creation of record card, participant observation and prospective investigation. The conclusion of the thesis contains practical recommendations for reducing the occurrence of urinary infections.	eng
